1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email info@onisms.com and include your order number.

  • After 24 Hours: Cancellation cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be processing.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for delivery and follow the standard return process.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for the return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Order Not Delivered?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, email info@onisms.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If it is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
